We offer financial statement audits, reviews and compilations. A review is smaller in scope than a full-scale audit, but still includes some analytical procedures and is designed to provide limited assurance as to the accuracy of your records. These may be used by third parties. Compilations are based upon your information, carry no assurance, and are primarily for internal use.

This is a basic record-keeping service. We record your sales, payments received, checks written, and credit card activity. We compute and record interest and depreciation expenses, and reconcile your bank statements. This can be done on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

Business start-up

We can assist in a variety of ways: whether you need help deciding on the best type of entity for your business, finding and filling out the proper forms, or setting up your books.

Cash flow

Even well-run, profitable businesses can have cash flow problems. Seasonal businesses are especially prone to them. We can evaluate your firm's financial position, help track cash sources and uses, and estimate financing requirements.

We assist you in preparing your financial statements in accordance with professional standards, but offer no assurance on the statements. These can be very helpful to management in the decision-making process.

Internal control

This is the ounce of prevention that is worth a pound of cure. Rather than tackle the problems generated by theft, embezzlement, or fraud after the fact, we will help you design policies and procedures that make theft or fraud much more difficult to perpetrate in the first place.

Your company exists for a reason. What is it and how do you get there? This service assists management in making strategic decisions: setting goals, planning the steps needed to achieve those goals, and measuring progress made.

Payroll

We offer three different levels of payroll service:

• we assist you in setting up your own payroll department, and are available as needed if questions arise;
• you handle your own payroll, but we prepare the payroll tax returns;
• we handle your payroll, including the payroll tax returns.

Think of this as basic bookkeeping, for individuals. We keep track of your income and expenses, balance your checkbook, and provide you with a monthly income statement.  We can even pay your bills for you. This service was designed primarily for individuals who may be unable to handle their own financial concerns.
